NOW Committee (formerly Nurture, Outreach, and Worship Committee's) guides programmatic work of the congregation, including Christian formation, small groups, earth care, gun violence prevention, garden ministry, youth group, fellowship gatherings, music and worship.

OPS (Operations) Committee (formerly Nurture, Outreach, and Worship Committee's) guides finance, budget, and the upkeep of buildings and grounds. It also oversees the work of the Personnel Committee and continues the work of the Generosity Team and the Building Use Task Force.

Personnel Committee administers staff-related issues, including job descriptions, advertising and interviewing for non-pastor positions, and annual reviews.
